When will I receive my first envelope?
Join any time and your first envelope will be the next edition to ship. So if you join in June, you'll receive July's edition, posted around the 10th. If you join in July, you'll receive August's. And so on and so forth.
When does it ship?
Envelopes ship around the 10th of each month. Join by the last day of the month to receive the following month's edition.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! And worldwide shipping is included in the price.
How do I cancel or pause?
Anytime, through your account. No questions asked.
Can I change my address?
Of course! You've got the power :) You can modify your address through your account settings at any time. Just make sure it's updated before the next billing date to avoid your envelope going to the old address.
What if it doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?

Can I gift a subscription or buy a one of the past issues?
